Ms Chandler Hunt is one of the best! I have no complaints of her. She listens to my issues but also is very personable. My appt was at 8am on a Friday. When I entered the lobby I was greeted with smiles and pleasantries. Was called back within 5 mins. Big smiles greeted me and was also very personable. I felt like a patient and NOT A NUMBER. Thanks so much for making this an experience of positivity.

Seeing Tracy Luther and have been extremely pleased with her level of care. She is thorough and explores all options to determine cause of issues and best treatment options. She is personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Ms. Luther.

The staff were very cordial and Eric was great. He was very attentive, listened well and explained things in a way it was easy for me to understand. I am very confident in his care and would recommend him to others.

I had a very pleasant experience at Gastroenterology Associates - Augusta Road. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish.
Jennifer Garren was especially knowledgeable about the colonoscopy procedure and provided clear, practical information that addressed my personal concerns about the preparation process. She took the time to explain the importance of maintaining regular bowel movements and made sure I understood why it matters for overall health.
Most importantly, they eased my anxiety by thoroughly answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate and professional gastrointestinal care.
